Join us for a Burro Hike with Elroy and Friends on Saturday, August 29. Free for NoLo Members (join now for only $20 by clicking "Membership" above). We will meet at the NoLo gate on Mosquito Pass at 10:00 am. Four-wheel drive strongly recommended.
We will hike up and around the peaks of the North Mosquito Creek Basin, and will adjust the difficulty of the hike to accommodate everyone in the group. Kids are welcome. We'll plan to be done at around 3:00pm, weather permitting. Afterward, join us for beer and a hotdog at the NoLo site courtesy of Breckenridge Brewing and Scanga Meat.
Be prepared with appropriate footwear and clothing for high-alpine hiking and rugged terrain. Bring lunch, plenty of water, rainwear, a hat, and don't forget your mask.
We will observe physical distancing protocols and mask-wearing when appropriate. Wind and ultra-violet light to be provided by Mother Nature.
